The Foundation Stage and KS1 went on a trip to Wilderness Wood this week. In the morning, the children made a HapaZome flag by hammering the natural dye out of leaves. We also went on a scavenger hunt, to find things that were soft, hard, crunchy, rough and smooth. In the afternoon, we went on a bug hunt, we made small animals out of clay and a shelter for them to live in. An enjoyable day was had by all!
