Busy Bees sessions	(After School)
For children from Reception upwards (Nursery children will be charged at standard hourly rate as above)	£14 booked for the term
	£16.90 if booked ad hoc
	£3.20 late collection charge for children collected after 3.50pm. If collected after 4pm a full Busy Bees sessions will be charged
Early Morning Sessions	£5.25 from 7.45 to 8.15am

All fees are due for payment by the first day of term unless a monthly repayment plan has been agreed in advance.

Fees to be split equally over three months (starting with the first month of the term) and any extras to be paid in full by the first day of term.

Registration fee £100 + VAT

Deposit (refundable against first terms fees) £300 + VAT

 

Foundation Stage

Termly Fees for Sacred Heart School with effect from 1st September 2026 including the Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) Scheme

• Children can receive EYEE starting from the term after a child’s second birthday until they reach compulsory school age (i.e. they enter Reception class).

• 15 hours EYEE is the standard entitlement for all children in the term after their third birthday.

• The eligibility is means tested for parents of 2 year olds, and 30 hours EYEE funding may be available to working parents subject to meeting conditions.

• Standard sessions are for 3.5 hours. Additional hours can be added on.

• There are additional charges for food, consumables and specialised teaching – see the Chargeable Extras Template below

Please see below the template as to how the Early Years fee is calculated. This template will be used for your invoice so that all charges are clear.

Please note that a session length is set at 3.5 hours

As well as the Early Years Education Entitlement, any additional fees can be paid via the Governments Tax Free Childcare Scheme – please ask for details
