All fees are due for payment by the first day of term unless a monthly repayment plan has been agreed in advance.

Fees to be split equally over three months (starting with the first month of the term) and any extras to be paid in full by the first day of term.

Deposit (refundable against first terms fees) £300 + VAT

 

Foundation Stage

Termly Fees for Sacred Heart School with effect from 1st September 2024 including free time* provided under the Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) Scheme

• Children can receive EYEE starting from the term after a child’s second birthday until they reach compulsory school age (i.e. they enter Reception class).
• 15 hours EYEE is the standard entitlement for all children in the term after their third birthday. This eligibility is means tested for parents of 2 year olds, whereas 30 hours EYEE may be available to working parents subject to means testing.
• EYEE is limited to a maximum of 3 hours per session and 6 hours per school day. Additional hours may be used for Busy Bees sessions.
• A morning session can be extended to 1pm to include lunch at an additional cost of £130 per morning per term.

The Nursery fees are made up of a standard hourly rate of £5.42 which may be covered by the Early Years Funding and a care package rate of £3.12 per hour. The care package includes, but is not exhaustive to: Qualified and Specialist Teachers; snacks; craft activities & materials; personal care; consumables

*We operate the government’s Early Years (EYEE) Funding for three and four year olds which is available to every family and will be offset against the fees. We do operate the governments Early Years (EYEE) Funding for the parents of 2 year olds subject to eligibility. For funded children the standard hourly rate is completely free for 3 hours a morning. (NB: the care package rate is still payable).
