Children in Year 6 had a very hands-on morning learning how to keep themselves and others safe in a range of circumstances such as around electricity, in case of a fire, around water and by railway lines. They were given plenty of advice about keeping safe on the road (including where is the best place to cross), around strangers, alcohol and on a farm. All in all, it was an action-packed, educational and exciting experience.
