Macmillan Coffee Morning

So with the pennies and pounds counted and all guesses for the height of the cake in, we are pleased to announce that a phenomenal £406.80 has been raised by Sacred Heart through the Macmillan Coffee Morning and the 'Guess the Height of the Cake' sweep-stake. What a fabulous effort, which goes to show that, though our school may be small, our hearts are big. Thank you!   The winner of the sweep-stake was Amelia in Year 6 who correctly guessed 94cm in height and has won £24.  Thank you everybody who baked, chatted, drank coffee, tea and water, donated, guessed and counted.   As Pru Leith might say, it was definitely worth the calories!
