We have had a very busy week in Year 6: not only have we started rehearsing in earnest for the end of
year musical but we were able to take part in a mock trial.
Mrs Little, a school governor, is a barrister. She came to visit us to explain what happens in a trial and
we role-played the various parts. Cross-examination of the witness was challenging and being a
member of the jury was much trickier than we had imagined.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Mrs Little for finding time to come to visit us and for
making the morning so entertaining and informative.
